Unless otherwise notified, your items will be shipped on a Friday after placing your order. After being shipped, typical delivery times are up to 3 business days for the UK, up to 5 business days for the EU, and up to 10 business days for the USA and the rest of the world.

As we ship worldwide, taxes vary depending on the country we are shipping the items to. For example if you are living in the UK, VAT is applied at checkout.

Every Habitats order is packed by hand, and we do our utmost to ensure all items are checked thoroughly before being shipped.

However, we're only human and quality issues can be missed from time to time. Please contact us with a photo of any damage or printing errors, and we will arrange a free replacement.
